1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of 113bet, the terms below have the following meanings:

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or for any other purpose constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any bonus balances, and possible withholding of real funds pending a fraud investigation.

3 Your 113bet Account

Once your registration is approved, you will have access to a personal account on the 113bet where you can deposit funds, place bets, play at the casino, view your full history, and request withdrawals. Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone;

113bet's Responsibilities

4 Deposits

The 113bet accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$) through the following payment methods approved for Brazil:

Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and may result in account suspension pending investigation. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 113bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no daily maximum limit for withdrawals of real balance — limits apply only to bonus-derived balance, which follows the specific conditions of each promotion.

Processing Times

• Regular users: up to 15 minutes after the request is approved;
• VIP Program Members: priority processing, averaging up to 5 minutes;
• First withdrawal from the account: identity verification may be required, with a processing time of up to 24 hours after documents are submitted.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The account must be verified with a validated CPF;
• The Pix key registered for withdrawals must belong to the same CPF as the 113bet account holder;
• There must be no open bets consuming the full available balance;

6 Sports Betting Rules

Acceptance and Settlement

Cancelled or Postponed Events

• If a match is canceled before it starts, all bets are refunded to the user's balance;
• If a match kicks off but is suspended before 90% of regular time has been played, bets on undecided markets are voided and refunded;
• Postponed matches that take place within 48 hours of the original date remain valid; after that window, bets are refunded.

Multiple & Combination Bets

113bet allows parlay bets (combined) with up to 20 events on a single ticket. The return is calculated by multiplying the odds of each selected event. If any event on the ticket is cancelled and refunded, that event's odds are treated as 1.00 for the calculation of the remaining parlay.

Cash Out

Cash out is available on selected markets before and during events. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and cannot be disputed after the user confirms it. 113bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend cash out during periods of high volatility in a specific event.

7 Casino & Online Games

9 Prohibited Conduct

12 Responsible Gambling

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
